thats not an oce thing but an pacific thing. you aren't radaint if u are top 500 in oce but to get radiant in oce you have to be top 500 in asia pacific so there are only around 50 radiants in oce

I would be interested to see the rank distribution in oce as you cant see it as its shared with asia but on val tracker you can sort by country and when u sort by australia and nz there are barely any radiants and only like 1000 immortals
