If the heat and suns were in the same division KD is getting clamped by Butler in the post season. The suns are gonna get a lot of wins due to raw talent then choke in the playoffs, the Heat will do the opposite.

Id rather a finals appearance than getting 50+ wins. Thus Heat > Suns.

Tatum overhated is actually good in the playoffs just inconsistent. Brown sucks but they have Jrue now so all good. Their coaching staff was shambles last year and they still made the ECF, almost making the finals.

Now Mazulla has a coaching team he built, and their roster upgraded.
