Im toxic but never gets banned because i carry the games most of the time lol. Maybe that's why. The only time i got banned is when i said the n word (coms banned)

It might takes some time. In my case it took them more than a week to actually got them "punished" even tho they're being extremely obvious for being toxic in chat and vc

Riot is too strict in normal chat, once I asked if a word meant retarded and I got an insta 2 weeks chat ban, thanks god I sent a ticket and the riot guy unbanned me, they really need to fucking rework it all, banning everything is just gonna make the game worse, a bit of toxicity beetwen opposing teams is always needed to spice things up
