okay i might have overcooked but this is my theory
the players arent receiving cuts and are not in contract jail, its all fake to mess up any team that believed these players were gone (100t, NRG) and mess up their rosters and make them wait till last minute to get any players cuz they think EG is gonna let the players go.
it might be copium but i hope its true, itd be quite genius and evil of them
