How to fix Canadian Housing

Ban anyone whose not a Canadian Citizen to own a house (not sure if its alr banned or not). Put a cap on How much u can sell a house for. Govt builds homes and sells them cheaper than market rate. Reduce Immigration we dont have enough infrastructure for these people. Try making moving north more viable and this should solve most of our problems

currently, US has like 250-500k immigrants per month. Wyoming has a population of ~600k

add in after-covid housing market and Airbnb/rentals
