I see some kind of pattern in RRQ signing and if the latest rumor is true, RRQ signing Lew isnt impossible (in case they still looking for one more player). I personally think he will be a good addition to the team.

Also it worth noting that Lew has been playing in China with dragon for JJH.
So I think a move to the VCT now is unlikely
