i know as an org, they're based in SG,
BUT here some fact that made them can also be considered as an indo org:

one of their three founder/owner are indonesian named matthew djojonegoro
directly funded by one of the richest indo conglomerate djojonegoro family (which is one of the owner)
you c-1000 which is the prx's shirt sponsor are owned by that conglomerate
there's a LOT of indo prx fan (prolly even more than SG prx fan)
prx almost trying to be an indo represent in 2022 vct by trying to sign Lmemore before they eventually signed jinggg (and the rest was history)

but yeah with all that factor that i mentioned above, its not a surprise if they actually trying to sign monyet (which is one of if not the best indo talent alongside mindfreak & f0rsaken) even with a high buyout
