Champs 21 is top 4 and an S tier skin but nothing comes close to Champs 23 imho

Prelude is top 5, foreskin is top 10. The only skins I would choose over prelude are neptune, sotl and araxys.

Foreskin vandal especially the golden variant is really awesome for spray control because of the very distinct blue tracers. It's not a huge advantage, but gives me enough confidence to get some good spray transfers.
