The Americas has so much talent going to waste bc we don't have enough slots

Americas is a 0 team region carried by the fact that there are 0 cis orgs in franchise, so EUW bots get the chance to get carried by cis players in EUW orgs because cis players can't join cis orgs and get a full cis roster.
