Money? Dollar is worth 5 times more than Real, and NA orgs do pay a lot.

the reality is people are complex.

maybe he got offered lots of influence in building a roster
maybe he wants a change in environment
maybe he feels like he's stagnating with his roster
maybe he wants to take on a new challenge and grow himself

its always going to be a lot of small reasons rather than one big thing. amounting every roster move to more money good is so smallbrained
