Harbor and gekko were bad at start but then got tiny buffs which led to them being good agents
deadlock is actually just horrible.
They wouldve buffed her at this point in the latest patch but they didnt for some reason

on 1 map who isnt on the map pool anymore (pearl) and you could say it works on haven and ascent but only loud and paper rex know how to play him so is it really meta????

Harbor is good at Bind, Pearl, Icebox and maybe Breeze or Sunset
I agree Gekko and Deadlock are trash, some agents are just not meant to be used in pro play like Reyna, just for fun

yh i dont get that either deadlock is not even a fun agent
she is literally useless on attack so she is js unplayable like for 12 rounds of the entire game
