they had that big patch haul where they merged jett and adjusted every agent but didn’t touch deadlock who was the only agent to never get picked at champs and the worst agent in the game?

they probably dont have a clue currently how to buff her as it is not a simple matter of changing some numbers ...she probably requires a rework

it takes time to rework or figure out the best buffs/nerfs give it time

This is rito telling is that Deadlock is op and She needs a Nerf
imo;
wall: Delete the four connecting nodes, make it just one thin piece of wall that you have to go around awkwardly
Trip: Cut the range in half, and make the stun need to be activated manually
Gravnet: make the nade disappear mid-air after throwing
Ult: player trapped can shoot himself to escape the cacoon.
