If you consider peak yeah sure (maybe add Hikaru and Fabiano), if you consider dominance over time you have to add capablanca/morphy as well, maybe even Alekhine and some others.

If you don't consider dominance over time idk why you put Tal out there. Would get absolutely butt-fucked and thrashed by any of the top 10 players rn (e.g. Giri, Liren, Nepomniatchi, Caruana, and even guys like Karpov etc.)
