I keep coming back to the story behind each win cause i find it so interesting

If Fnatic win:
Complete their dynasty and cement themself as the best team ever
Chronicle gets his champs trophy after failing in 2021 and becoming the first player to win both a masters and champs trophy
making a lower bracket run all the way to the finals

If Paper Rex win:
Pacific gets their first trophy and a champs trophy no less
Jingggs last dance as he leaves PRX on top of the world
If the win it against FNATIC, a little bit of revenge for their loss to an EMEA team in copenhagen

If EG win:
They complete the biggest underdog story of the year, starting the year rated as one of, if not the vct's worst rated team and ending as the best
Potter making history as I believe the first female coach playing in T1 esports to win a major trophy
C0M, Boostio and Jawgemo, coming from the literal depths of t3-t2 hell, each of them being clowned, winning a trophy
demon1 had the right to trash after all

If Loud win:
They do the unthinkable and defend their champs trophy
Probably go down as valorants most successful team with 4 finals appearances and 2 champs trophies
they reinvent themself after a disastrous masters

I think all of these are really cool stories, I find the EG one the most compelling personally but I'm curious what yall think

I dont want FNC to win, so we dont have a dinasty

I hope Loud win, but would be cool to see PRX winning APAC first international event

Honestly EG is the most boring of those storylines. It's why I find it hard to care. PRX, LOUD and Fnatic all have banging storylines though so maybe that's why. Just a comparison factor.

Literally don't care about the gender of a player or coach.

Yeah grinding from nothing to top is good but realistically every team left has. PRX was clowned on in early Val, Fnatic was considered the fluke team of EMEA alongside Liquid and LOUD was laughed at after Reykjavik 1 when all the BR teams bombed out.

I find EGs story only interesting if you've started following Val this year. If you started in 2022 or earlier I think the other storylines are better. I've seen every team left get clowned on for flopped, choking or being shit at various periods and now is their chance to get their crowning achievement.

Honestly a defended title, threepeat or Pacific 1st title sounds better to me than NA 3rd title but finally a champs.

As I said. I'm not focusing on it from this year specifically. I don't see the point when I've been watching longer than that, feels like an artificial boundary.

Honestly I think PRX has my favourite storyline because they've been trying for this so long and with Jingg going they may not get another chance.

Regardless whichever team wins is going to make history doing the 1st defence, threepeat or regional win of Champs. I just don't find EGs as interesting as the others. People can have different tastes.

I feel like that's only interesting If you followed the leagues. I think the majority of people likely only follow the international LANs.
