about 8 slots in masters

what if they did that bcoz they weren't able to even out slots like last time they had lock-in to even the slots (3+3+3+2+1) and now they didn't have any base on which region should get +1 slot. they probably don't wanna give china 3 masters slots for 1st masters then 2 slots for 2nd masters and also they probably don't wanna give this year champions a extra slot for next year event. what do you all think?

masters having top 3 in each league's previous stage and then champs being the top 4 overall in the leagues is completely fine regions don't need extra slots especially since china is official now

they insist on having this kick off tournament that is so unnecessary, looking back on it i would have prefered a proper split and masters instead of lock in, so many teams that had very little games of value this year

unless the format is changed 100% agree completely unnecessary and what's even better is they know how disliked the tournament was due to format and other issues

No region would need to get a +1 slot if they just give 3 to each region and have a 12 team tourney

China is now an official VCT league and had 2 teams in Champions playoffs. I don't think anyone would complain about China having 3 spots at Masters Madrid.
