So before champs their best achievement was 5-8th at masters berlin and so you call them the second best team? you are making predictions right so ofc the team that wins will be most likely ranked the 2nd or best team that year? Out of all the remaining teams apart from fnc whoever wins this tournament would be considered the second best team of the year. Even if DRX wins they would also be considered second. i would not call EG the second best team in the year so far since they did shit at lockin even tho they versed bot teams which were TH and Talon and then they barely even made top 6 in their own region and came 3rd in regional playoffs.

we are talking about the second best team this year since fnc is obviously the best. Regional placements still show how good teams are. If KRU won this champs would u call them the second best team? No you obviously wouldn't. You can't just say regional placements don't matter when they 100% do and that's why they determine who makes the international events.
