paper is tooo unreliable, i would rather have it in gold, where the banks cant change its value, printing money is fake,
paper is cheap, they can print money whenever they like. it creates fake value, the only value it has is the value we believe about it
gold is real, gold is hard to come by, therefore its stable, and therefore its best for currency.
gold is losing value against other assets that can act as a better form of SoV. try finding another asset, the times of gold are slowly going away. The problem that you're trying to solve is a real problem indeed, but gold is not the solution. Precious metals overall have had a bad run for the last 6-8 years and are continuously losing share with younger generations
I don't have the exact answer (otherwise I'd be super rich and not have "the time" to reply to you), but it's probably some combination of:
-human livable property in densely populated areas
-underdeveloped land in future potentially interest areas
-shares/stocks in health care & bio/climate stocks
-shares in tech/AI companies (maybe even some crypto if your risk potential can take it)
-and a small amount of high yield saving accounts/money markets for situations where you need available paper on-hand, while still having the money do work for you.
