How can you talk so much shit and get grouped without winning a single map… this roster is just not the same as optic

I get that s0m and ardiis are good “on paper” but you can’t deny the fact that this team is just straight up worse than last year

FNS & Chet dropped the ball with this roster

s0m is a good player and probably a top tier controller, but he aint marved since he has a different playstyle

marved lurks around the map allowed FNS calling to shine, combine that with a superstar like yay and great calling and you got an insane team

easier to have an fns masterclass when marved is in enemy spawn within the 10sec of the round and yay is getting a kill almost every single round

they just got scammed by ardiis tbh, i think thats all. ardiis is a good tier1 player, but he isnt a superstar duelist like aspas, demon1, something etc

som plays anchor because they dont have yay, and he doent lurk cuz he plays harbor, 2 things marved did not have to do, but if they keep som on harbor he will never lurk, and we will have fns lurk and lose all his aim duels.

s0m doesnt lurk because that aint his playstyle, he is a great controller and proved himself a really good player

he is different player from marved, marved just knows how to take a really good lurk timings and its easier to manipulate rotations with player like him on your side

s0m has pretty consistently been in the top 2 performers on NRG this season too iirc
Like you said, maybe just different style to Marved controller wise

That's a very good view. Though, Ardis is still capable player who can go higher, but he need the right team for that, and I don't think NRG is the one for him, at least not from what they've shown so far. Yet, things could change, if they find a way to reshape their approach <-- very ambiguous take

MarveD is spot on, also a crack AIMer and rather wider-dimension player... however s0m isn't bad either but, like you stated, not a huge explorer/lurker - playstyle. Also S0m has this strange aura (or curse?) about him... No, of course, he is a competent player, but he has been quite unfortunate in terms of great success with NRG, in general.

Edit: added "wider- to dimension (inb4: not meant one dimensional but wider) to emphasize larger area of exploration ... Also whoever SAID or mentioned anything about ANcHOR is WRONG. Not again those ANcHOR baits.
