When has there been a permanent team in any sport, let alone eSport. The nature of being a team game is that the pieces are always rotating and changing.

No orgs has seen continuous succes but they are a lot of dynasties, I have no doubt Valorant will have dynasties too

Valorant is still in its early stages for a clear dynasty to show up. This is only the second international event so there hasn't been a lot of chances for team to prove themselves as the best in the world. Maybe in the future when more international events would be created, a clear best team would be seen. The pro scene doesn't have the best FPS players in it as well. Much like with the transition phase when CSGO first launched, we have to wait until the big guns of FPS migrate over to Valorant (around 2 years imo).

More complicated ? I just saw 100T win a match with the SAME play in 5 consecutives rounds (viper wall throught A bomb site).

If no team can get consistent results then the problem isn`t on the teams, is in the game. Yes, no team will ever WIN every tournment, but u will have the ones that are just consistently better than the others, if not, u game are just too random.
