The upper quarterfinals of this year's Champions are:

The playoffs draw was mostly random, with just one contingency put into place. Teams from the same group had to be placed on opposing sides of the bracket, in order to avoid early repeat matchups in the upper bracket. A top-placed team from any group will also face a second-placed team from any other group.

The upper quarterfinals will be played Bo3, as will most rounds of Valorant Champions. The lower bracket final and grand final are the only Bo5 at the event. The playoffs stage of the world championship kick off on Wednesday, August 16, and will last through to Aug. 26.
