PRX and EDG have the best chance since imo they have the best mechanically gifted players (on average) compared to all other teams in the field. Gun game is probably the only way to beat FNC, no amount of FNS studying will beat FNC at the moment.

It doesn't matter which region it is, the fifth place team will always suck. There aren't enough good players to have five s-tier teams in each region.

The slot(s) should go to the ascension teams.
