Group D was never group of death.. all the delusional braindead Navi and Liquid fans hyping up their teams made it seem so.. it was always free for DRX and LOUD.
Group D actually comparable to Group C
LOUD = FNC
NRG = DRX
BilliBilli >= Navi ( considering Navi got kicked out by NRG in tokyo but BilliBilli actually beat NRG)
ZETA = Liquid ( both lost miserably to FNC and NRG)
Lockin final was easily the closest game which in 90% of the cases the team in LOUD's situation wins.
LOUD had an incredible run in Americas league which they won convincingly unlike Fnatic who dropped the ball in the final. Fnatic mimi admitted Americas to be more competitive so LOUD wins here.
LOUD had a bad run in Tokyo where they just crashed out. Cannot judge from this as it seems to be related to internal non game issues.
