nah this is like shahzam level of hate being directed towards him. i dont know what everyone thinks about emea off season events, but no man should be getting this much hate on twitter.

remember, riot doesnt organize off season events, they just approve them. if TOs dont want to host an event, you wont get an event. if TOs think they should host a france only event that can give them more viewership , then they'll host that type of event.
and yes even after this , there should atleast be enough tournaments open for all + for gc etc. but just put your points forward, not attack him under every single tweet he does

I think he's at the unfortunate position where he wants to chill and have stupid takes but he is at a position where even jokes are misinterpreted to be serious statements and just come off as crass/out of touch. Others at riot can make these jokes, he cannot. Its unfair to a certain extent but he has no choice. I think he has to realize, he will have more decent discussion on VLR than twitter idiots who find stuff to get angry at. There are valo players who've hit immortal asking why they arent competing with T1 pros in an off season tourney. You cant reason with those people (which he is trying to do), he just has to stop tweeting. Its like quicksand. A trap of a discussion, like politics. No one is coming out of that alive.
