Especially for the tier 2 scene in every region. I like how they are bringing partnered teams and tier 2 teams together using this off-season. It kills two birds with one stone.
It's pretty much the same amount as last year. Also, the only meaningful one (which is not gonna be taken seriously just like last year) is Red bull Home ground.
