China will be added to PACIFIC, so we can count them in the same group, EDG >> T1/ZETA so they would have qualified and they are likely to make it out of groups, idk if bilibili too but the point is that PRX obviously qualifying to playoffs and DRX already did it. (3 really good PACIFIC teams)
While FNC is the only EMEA team who have secured playoffs (probably FUT too), but we don't know about Liquid and NAVI, but anyways PRX/DRX > TL/NAVI/FUT
