This is fucked for the players who are used to taking it while playing. There should be one rule for all events and all regions. Why are there different rules?
I think there is a global rule by riot but regional competitions dont care about it and let the players do what they want. So, riot doesnt really care too much about it until its champs events that they care to enforce the rules. The players always know it but they live on the edge. Its similar to the csgo community bans by people who gambled on third party sites, they knew the risks and gambled for years BUT steam enforced it last month. Now they're all crying that its unfair (even though they knew the risks well beforehand). It is what it is.
"Tobacco consumption is the single largest avoidable health risk, and the most significant cause of premature death"
"number of smokers in the EU is still high – 26% of the overall population and 29% of young Europeans aged 15-24 smoke."
u cannot compare a whitesnus to smoking unfiltered john silver long
Its actually crazy. I've legit met more men of my age that use snus than men that don't(women smoke more to my experience). I have never tried, but people who use it usually report to get energy from it, but I don't really think its an advantage because as well every pro could start smoking to gain "advantage". I think its more about addicted people getting the stuff they are addicted to aka nicotine. But its crazy how some people here treat it as some miracle drug.
