Doesnt feel as prestigious as before. Maybe it's due to franchising or it being hosted in LA (turd capital of the world). The champs aura around the event just doesn't exist.

day 1 of groups + fnatic super team + big teams from the past all looking shaky/ bad
not really gonna inspire much hype, just waiting for prx and edg to get playing and the hype is gonna go up a lot
not to me. Im pretty hyped about it honestly champs 2021 was less exciting for me when I compare them.
Bruv it's just been one day with one of the most sloppiest matches.
Many interesting teams like EDG, PRX with Something, FPX and even BLG whom we've never seen internationally play are yet to play.
I'm like hyped for this year's as I can see honestly atleast 6 teams that can win the whole event if not Fnatic
Personally, I'm not behind any particular team, there's not necessarily one I'd like to see win. Maybe that's why you're not hyped.
