They aren't limited as far as I know. It wouldn't make sense to tell them no to a pause if a computer breaks or something.

Every team does it. thats why i hate Tech Pause they should make it so you can only do tech pause with a particular reason.
they should make the tech pause for specific problems. Also rito has a lot to fix in their tourneys so that it can run smoothly. I hope none of the issues that occur in this event happen a lot in Champions
