That is irrelevant tbh because the point is just that any team in theory could be the best if their players play to the best of their ability or improve behind their current ceiling. The idea behind proven talent is that you get both a guarantee in talent and a likelihood for consistency, but players can always improve and there are a lot of players we don't even know that are really good. Sentinels on paper could be the best roster in the world, but that's kinda irrelevant if they can never figure out how to make the roster work.
