Like in CSGO, an HLTV rating for 1 is regarded as the average rating, what is the equivalent of that in valorant?

I think 200 being 1.00, 300 being 1.50, and 400 ACS+ being 2.0 makes more sense (for me at least.).

it's incredibly hard to even get 300 acs in a pro game in valorant and you're talking bout 400?

It's also incredibly hard to get a 2.0 rating in csgo and I'd probably put it on par with getting 400 ACS in a match

Isn't 300 for 1.5 kinda low? I'd think 300 acs is somewhere around a 1.7 performance

Idk maybe you lower the ACS the higher the rating is?

200 ACS or around 110 ADR is average id guess. Of course the support oriented roles are more clearly defined in Val than CS so I think on smokes or initiator you could say that around 180 ACS and 100 ADR would be average.

It is very much dependent on roles I feel

In order it prob goes
Jett/Reyna entry 240
Raze/Phoenix/secondary duelist 220
Fragging Sage(nukkye, cned, sick style) 215
Skye 205
AVG player is prob around here for pro play at the 195-200 area
Sova 190
Viper/Sentinels 190
Astra 185
Sage 180

ACS doesn't mean everything, and just because someone is lower than the avg doesn't mean they are bad, but in general these are the guidelines pro players are look at for their avg performance.
