its a shame but its riot's own doing.
theres no point holding a roster when there is next to nothing to play for.

Wardell and Subroza are coming ^_^

it's really just a simple fix for these orgs to not part with their teams. Riot should add more tourneys or at least some way to showcase these teams in the T1 scene. Also having only 1 to qualify to franchising isn't really a good thing.
