Make an agent with kind of like a aura with the same radius of skye's heal. Works like vipers toxics but the agent' abilites work if there are any enemies in this aura they will get a sort of effect. For example her q could be like a slow, her e could be like a firerate debuff, her c could be like a decay or something, and lat her ult could be like if enemies stay too long in her aura they get detained. Would be such a cool character bro ong. Imagine like sona from league.
