I think Riot was wrong with the watch parties

I mean, it's nice to have watch parties and it's a way to expose the game and such, but I think there are streamers who shouldn't have had permission to stream the tournament. For example Gaules has streamed the entire ESL Pro League and has not streamed any matches of the Brazilian Masters Berlin teams, I noticed that even after finishing the ESL Pro League matches the Brazilian team was playing (both Havan Liberty as Vivo Keyd played the last games of their days), he went to Chatting. Another that should not have permission is Dr Disrespect, why? He never streams Valorant, he has not contributed anything to the Valorant community, and probably he doesn't know all of the game's abilities. On the other hand, there are others like Tarik, or Average Jonas who stream every day, contribute to the community and even asked for permits and were apparently denied to stream the event. I think it is a mistake and must be exposed.

Tarik and Average Jones should have been given the rights to host the watch party.

watch parties are great and all but from next masters riot should let regular valorant streamers and content creators stream the event without permits.

Plat chat are the best people doing a watch party. They give really good insight during the matches, get the most hyped over the games, and are constantly trying to entertain their viewers.

Yea doc was questionable, I dont think hes even done a watchparty in the first 4 days. Prolly only gonna watch the playoffs or some shit

The fact that Gaules or other Brazilian streamers aren't doing that much Watch Parties is not their fault, is RIOT BR's fault. They ONLY allowed watch parties for them during SPECIFIC days, for example, yesterday was paulanobre's day, today is mch's day, and probably tomorrou is Gaules's day. And this format sucks. Riot BR is terrible at doing anything for their community.

Riot Brazil selected which days each of the partners should stream, they can't do it every day like in NA and EU, RIOT BR doesn't want Gaules to steal the entire audience from the official stream so they don't allow him to broadcast the Brazilians' games , they are stupid

Yeah like why people like DrDisrespect and Valkyrae have rights to stream when they don't stream a single game. Would be much more useful if they gave them to streamers who actually watch the games, instead of riding on name value. Maybe they will watch finals only?

The strategy is to bring people from other games, if the watch parties are made by the same people who streemean 24/7 valorant at the end the people who know the game will be few. On the other hand if they give WP to CoD, CS.GO, Fortnite and overwatch streamers, many people that maybe never saw anything about Valorant will be attracted to the game and start playing it.

The reason people who're not in the scene get permission to have a watch party, is to bring people no in the scene into the game. Riot gains little when having someone like avg jonas, as his whole viewerbase is valorant orientated. Dr dis, his could bring in new players. That's the main focus of watch parties.
