Are teams leaving VCL next year?

With the Ascension tourny for all regions the winner gets promoted to international leauge. Does that mean that teams will get kicked out or leave?

Yeah, after Champions the teams have such a long break until the start of next season. I'm hoping at Champions that Valorant makes a video explaing how it will work in 2024.

its 2 split system with the 1st one being spring split and the 2nd is summer and between them there is msi (mid season invitational) and the major tourney is called Worlds. to put it in valorant terms spring is the current league play in vct
msi is master
and worlds is champions

Riot still didn't add any tournaments between Worlds and Split 1 of the next season? So many months without pro games...
Btw it's the same as it was in 2018 and a few years before that, except that 2 teams are going on MSI
