Eh it feels almost inevitable for at least a couple of them to be that way. Hopefully the bracket isn't too scuffed.
It'll likely be that with potentially VS in the mix. Every other region is simply behind in strategies / meta. It isn't to diss on them necessarily, but there is a noticeable gap between NA / EU and the rest of the world.
