Giving slots to 1-team-region

What's the point? FNC keeps giving these frauds more chances to prove they're frauds.
Maybe the extra slots should be given based on total (or average?) score, considering all teams within that region.

What do you guys think?

i think it could have been better to give t2 teams a chance to qualify for the champions like letting them face with the last qualified spot of the regions so that we might turn this into a fiesta which is better for viewership imo

3 seeds for major regions would be enough
