scouting for Turkish players

Alfajer was playing at Turkish national league and FNC just scouted and took him. Suddenly he became one of the best sentinels itw (he was also good as duelist at starting btw) I think more teams should scout for Turkish players cuz I know there are lots of them. They just cannot be succesful with their Turkish teams cuz of bad igling and management. I mean players like Riens, Masic, Deepmans, woot, Elite... They all have superstar potentials like Alfajer but stucked with their incompetent teams. Turkish players are known for their aim. They just need a big brain to guide them just like Alfajer

if i were the manager of a club I wouldn't miss Masic, Alfajer's former teammate. at least as talented as the Alfajer.

I think we need more Vatican players

i can literally see a good coach picking 5 players from turkey, hiring an english teacher on the side. teach them discipline and fundamentals for 3 months and the other teaches them english for 3 months at the same time. those 5 then spread out into various partnered teams. easily going to instantly increase the level of teams

problem is a lot of orgs doesn't know how to develop talent, fnatic saw alfa's potential and developed him to be the best itw

woot will picked up by a franchise team eventually. and elite should be on bbl roster
