Does Mouse Matters?

Hi, whenever I take gunfight and shoot bodyshots even I shoot 5 bullets it feels like I shot 12 bullets. when enemies shoot even If they shoot 5 or 6 bullets for me it seems only 1 or 2 bullets. what may be the reason?? does mouse matters?? I play on avg of 30 ping.

Clearly you dont have enough ping brotha. 100 ping minimum to get to imo.

frame rate of monitor/desktop maybe the reason , i think in india most people play with 60fps
