We are the largest Valorant fanbase on Europe (excluding Turkey that they aren't part of the Schengen area), I'm talking about 50k peak viewers on spanish stream.
Two tournaments in a row at the same city It makes no sense.
LAN with crowd can be possible since there are crowds at stadiums already.
The Philippines has agreements with Spain in which a visa is not needed (due to a shared history) and Bren's thing could have been solved.
EZ weather and food.

1- Its probably easier to get VISA for Turkey

2- Istanbul is awesome and cheap (except for Turks)

3- Biggest fanbase in EMEA and 2nd biggest fanbase in world
