He is vocal in game, but i'm talking about powers comparing what he had in LOUD, SEN management = Coach, analyst >>> Players. In making decisions.
It's the NA hierarchy, in BR as you can see even heat doesn't respect their coach, because coach and staff is like complementary for players and not above them into making decisions.
But in LOUD he had power to even recruit coach (whoever he wants) recruit players, etc. but in SEN they follow game plan by coaching staff.
They got fired by results bro they even put Sacy as smokes, he just accepted this change.
When he got back to initiator you could see how happy he was at stream, even Kaplan says that pAncada is so professional for accepting doing sentinel job. I talked about Hierarchy in general which is staff decision about deciding players, etc. Who gonna play, which role, etc. (Ofc they decide together but staff it's who has the final decision, after all they make the game plan.)
In BR region this Hierarchy doesn't exist at all, captain are kinda above coach, just see how "heat" is disrespectful to bzka trying to follow his own rules at game and not by game plan because he is used to it. And see that Saadhak is the one for recruiting Frod even contacting him to make offer for him, Saad go after Tuyz, Cauanzin, etc. LOUD staff just followed Saad orders.
Coaching is more complementary for players and not above them at all in Brazil. You can see that Bzka now is trying to put Heat back by trying to give him some freedom that he wants, because as I said, BR players do not want to be inferior to coaching-analyst staffs at all but just supplement according to what they(players) decide to play.
It's cultural thing I guess, not sure.
its not a cultural thing - when u win a championship as IGL u get that freedom to scout for coaches. I believe Shahzam was also involved in selecting the coach for SEN last year since he has won Masters with them but it didnt really work out. Check the Sentinels podcost i linked in OP - you will see how Sacy answered why him and pancada made the role changes - Sacy was literally part of the decision. He might not say it on stream because the chat always keeps bugging him with roster and role questions. Anyway he also said all players have a bigger say now because Marved does not micromanage
