here's my criticism for the last 4 teams in pacific playoffs

DRX

Honestly, this team is still solid, I feel like the only problem they have is that foxy9 still isn't the duelist that I thought he's gonna be, I thought foxy9 is going to be that superstar duelist that are gonna propel this team to be a top contender on every international event, but foxy9 is just not him imo. Also the second problem is that they need to fix their haven ASAP, I know they're doing the "the newest map in the pool will be our perma ban" strategy, but goddamn man they've been getting bodied by TS and RRQ there.

T1

This team is still inconsistent as fuck, the only thing that are consistent in this team is xeta's calling that propel this team into that 3rd spot in the pacific, outside of that I feel like this team's performance is just decided by a coin toss, ban is very inconsistent but I guess that's the only choice they have in this double duelist meta that we are in rn, maybe they could put iNTRO in a map where you don't need a double duelist like Ascent for example, but I guess they don't wanna ruin the team chemistry which is good cuz I don't buy the 6-man-rotation shit that teams have been doing lately in the Pacific, also please next time you play against PRX don't play fire with fire, props to them for adjustting their style of play to counter the opponents but I feel like if they play their own game in that game against PRX they could definitely win Fracture and take that series to a third map, you can't out-aggresive PRX man.

I feel like they got easily mental boomed and they're very momentum based team, honestly I feel like outside of k1ng, the whole team is just either mediocre or inconsistent as fuck, TS and eKo just ain't it man, on one map Meteor could be one of the best Jett's I've ever seen and on one map he's just straight up bottom fragged, his Raze is subpar and also GenG lack a 'second' duelist to help him entry in maps where double duelist are the meta rn like Split and Fracture, also they're the only team in here that are still committed to the 6-man-rotation thing which is sucks, they wouldn't be here if Secret didn't choke that lead on split

PRX

I'm not gonna even bother, fuck this team I hope they fails, I used to be a fan of this team but ever since that map 5 against FPX in copenhagen, I just lost hope in them, I feel like sometimes they don't even try, the amount of firepower this team has is insane, the potential is limitless but oh well, they're still sticking to the undisciplined, "hehe what do u mean we can't be in enemy's spawn in 20 seconds" type of play which is braindead, can't wait to see this team got antistratted so hard so at least they'll learn their lesson, but I feel like they won't learn shit and just gonna do what they've been doing, which is working in pacific because team's here can't handle them but I guarantee that shit won't work in Tokyo and Champions

Conclusion

This region is doomed, the only hope I have left for this region is DRX, the last 3 still have major flaws and I don't know when they'll be in tokyo they will be competitive to teams from other regions, I hope T1 can fix their shit up but goddamn without CARPE clutching out that last 4 rounds in fracture against ZETA, we won't even see them in Tokyo, because I have more faith in them than fucking PRX, fuck that team.

I hope ban becomes more consistent such a fun player to watch when he's on fire. I think similar to most NA teams he got somewhat picked up to be a dedicated opper/chamber player and lost that spot upon the chamber nerfs. I hope he gets to be a world class player soon, alongside Lord Carpe the other tier 1 newcomer.

The team seems to fold under pressure and it seems like they struggle closing maps out. They make a lot of mistakes late into the game which costs them crucial rounds. They honestly won’t be any competition to the other teams in Tokyo if they play like that. They could be a very strong team in the future however, their potential is very great.

T1 is a newly made team, u can't expect full convincing consistency within 6 months and be in similar solid state like DRX who's been in such long time. T1 is a team that gets better with time as they are still improving and getting experience to get synergy going. Carpe and T1 as a whole has improved MASSIVELY when u compared them to their time in Ludwig x Tarik turney.

Also the 6 man thing pacific doing, I feel like its needed in a way. Pacific is not western, they might run into visa issue when travelling internationally because realistically most international event in the future is gonna be held in western countries. Playing assistant coach may not be the best idea for it.

nah imo current PRX is better than their copenhagen form, because they have better firepower (all member on this team actually hitting shots now, not just f0rsaken and jinggg), they have better setplays and the double duelist meta benefits them.
