Since when MIBR was still in preparation for the season in Brazil, there were already problems related to the contrast of ideas in and out of the game between heat and bzkA. The situation got worse with the trip to the United States.

The disagreement stemmed from the point that heat liked a more adaptable style of play and routine, while bzkA had a well-defined work methodology that relied on collective collaboration.

bzkA even asked the MIBR board to intervene in this regard. The request worked and heat accepted the ideas implemented by the coach. Thus, MIBR traveled to the VCT Americas 2023 dispute internally well aligned. But the atmosphere got worse from there.

The good performance against LOUD in the debut and the next two victories against KRÜ and NRG only delayed the explosion in the relationship between heat and bzkA. The first sequence of negative results was enough for the contrast of ideas to surface in the team.

Heat was removed from the MIBR starting lineup with the official justification of “personal problems”. But in reality they chose to remove him after listing a series of problems regarding coexistence, divergence of ideas and attitude mainly outside the server.

TLDR: heat doesn't like having a work routine with strategies for every game and instead wants to play more free and making decisions on the fly, because of that the relationships in and out of the game started to deteriorate
