Pretty much yes, I think the only possibility is if there is a 4 way tie between TH VIT BBL and KC, as long as they 2-0 VIT

If BBL loses and they 2-0 Vitality is completely useless if KC doesn't win. Since TH has the H2H lost to BBL in a three way tie with VIT BBL and TH. They need to force a 4 way tie with KC instead since BBL has the H2H lost against them

Heretics needs to win, BBL needs lose and KC need to win. I think. Do the really need to win 2-0?
If Heretics vs Vitality 2-1 and BBL vs FUT 1-2 then Heretics 9/13, BBL 9/14 and Vitality 8/13 right? (Given that KC also wins.)
