I think plans were set for shahz to stay, but they saw an opportunity to pick up sykko and decided to change things up. Feel bad for both shahz and dapr since people told dapr directly he was the only person staying, but at the end of the day they saw an opportunity in sacy and pancada and they took it. Rob moore is still probably the most desperate man in esports, he wants so many results do fast he demands changes instantly. I think the shahz stuff was probably sykko as a gm moreso than rob moore being a dickhead. We also know zombs and sinatraa have said sentinels are super supportive to those in the org and stick with their members.

L management, Shahz, dapr and tenz as a core would have done great with 2 additions (zellsis, a controller) and a proper coach.

Still don't know why it took Rob "L" Moore so long to get a proper coaching staff.

Rob Moore is the most incompetent douche of a CEO of an org I know, he was literally carried to fame because of Bugha and the only reason he is relevant now is bc of Reykjavik 2021. The org is riding off the coattails of FN World Cup and Masters 2 2021 and have no clout or success in any other game

ok what about the fact that no NA org gets scrutinized and criticized as much as Sentinels? Id infact argue its probably the most discussed Valorant team - anyone who underperforms on SEN gets hated with 10000s of tweets. vlr and reddit threads. In comparison where were the tweets/threads on EG or even G2 right now?

I think Rob Moore and his management just succumbs to the online pressure - which again is not comparable with others

What are you waffling about. There are plenty of G2 hates, maybe not as much as Sen since it's T2 but there were a lot of EG hates when the league started. Now they are doing way better than they did the first time thus no more hate threads every minute

I said in comparison, which means relatively. I didnt say the discussion on other teams doesnt exist but SEN in general is discussed more. No one was talking about dephh if he sucked in a match for XSET - even if they did it was short-lived, but now everyone is talking about him. I feel this constant scrutiny is something Rob isnt able to handle and wants to make changes quickly to satisfy his "fans/viewers/followers".
