i hate the 6th man rule

because of this stuff there are some amazing players that are simply not getting any spotlight.
Examples:
Kon4n
Tenz
Axeddy and DaveeyS (they need to alternate)
ethos
all these guys could be great as starting roster on other teams but are stuck as a sub
EDIT: They would be great elsewhere, i never said the main team would benefit them as starters

Only time I would see ethos play is if NRG has a comp centered around Yoru.

ethos was a very average tier 3 player, he will not magically become a great player just because hes playing with NRG

it's better to have a good 6th man than having an assistant coach playing
