I don't think so. I remember Scream tweeting about picking up the role and it was around August (which was the month Sliggy left). I could be wrong though.

I remember Sliggy post-match interview where he said Scream stepped up with the calling in the game. Maybe they tried to play without igl and Scream was the one to call the most and decided to take the duties after the event.
