Yes, which can only be done if his teammates trade his inevitable death afterwards. Getting the first kill gives your team the advantage because it is now on the enemy team to get one kill back in response. So if yay as the entry gets killed after getting the first blood, the rest of the team has an opportunity to get another kill to keep the numbers in their favour.
