How does Sentinels have so much foreign players?

So, their current lineup is:

Sacy (Brazilian)
Pancada (Brazilian)
Dephh (British)
Marved (Canadian)
Zekken (American)

I though there could only be 2 players from different regions in a team? So how can Sacy, Pancada and Dephh play together for Sentinals, who's from NA? I would appreciate if someone could explain it to me
