speaking from experience, being hardstuck is very real. i was plat for 9 months before ranking up to dia. since then, i am 8-0. i was p3 on sunday, im d2 now and will probably rank up tmrw (hopium). trust me, once you break through that rank you will cruise through your next one

skill issue unironically, elo hell isn't real, you just not as good as you think you are

It could just be that whatever you fixed to get out of plat was holding you back more then 2 ranks

I think its more of that the players of your rank are also improving as you improve, like for example, silvers in 2020 arent the same as silvers today. if you wan to rank up you'll have to put a lot of effort to get out, and maybe try avoiding solo q, and maybe play duelist or sova
