No shot people are hating on him for being strict on less. I mean if being strict can get you one of the best sentinels then please do. Besides who knows what happened loud fans just want new reasons to hate the snake's ig.

it's a fine line right. you don't want to make a hostile environment for the younger players but at the same time you have to teach discipline if you want results, and naturally that will involve growing pains
you don't become world champions by coddling the players and treating them like babies is certain though
less said in a video from loud channel that the old line up was really toxic and he lacked with confidence and his psychological were bad.so people associate it with sacy sacy he was toxic and would do that again...He was constantly seen in videos being harsh with less, aspas, pancadas and everyone and he said in a live stream way back that loud didn't show half of how he scold the team....he never tried to hide it so the kid loud fans are only getting mad at him because he is not at the team anymore.

saadhak talked about it, his wife talked about it and specially less talked about it. every one of them said hints of sacy being super toxic and damaging to the teams mental in general (pancada also said how ruthless he is)
theres videos in ranked, official matches and vlogs of how toxic sacy was. even before loud he was known for being toxic to random people and still is.
he called aspas retarded, braindead, animal, idiot multiple and multiple times on stream because he simply did a play he didnt like, ex: pushing a smoke! thats a reason to sacy yell at him and call him retarded. he also did this with A KID (less) who was 16/17 at the time.
less also explained how that drained his confidence and it was a traumatic experience for him.
every person that got through a similar experience knows how its hurtful to hear everyday shit like that even after trying your best.
maybe youre the one that should get some fucking grip with reality and have bare minimum empathy and basic social abilities?
but like i said, youre a sentinels fan so i wouldnt be surprised if you think thats normal.
i would like your reaction if he did that with tenz too... would it be hard work and being serious too? ig not
